Every teacher needs to get a permission slip signed every once in a while. Although students never have a problem taking them, sometimes they are tricky to get back. A good tip passed on to me was to prepare all permission slips prior to the beginning of the term so that they can be all sent home to be signed as one package that includes the course syllabus, etc. To facilitate this process, below are samples of various types of permission slips.
